Agreement

AskBundle is operated by Appnate Digital FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using AskBundle, you agree to these terms.

The service

AskBundle gives you access to AI models from several third-party providers in one interface, on a Free or Pro plan. We choose which models are available. Models can be added, removed or replaced at any time, including at a provider’s request, so no specific model is guaranteed to stay available.

Plans have limits. When one applies — for example, a premium model’s capacity is used up and an everyday model answers instead — the app tells you; it is never applied silently.

AI responses

Responses are generated by AI models, not by people, and AskBundle does not review them before you see them. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check important information yourself. AskBundle is not a source of medical, legal or financial advice.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use AskBundle, and 18 or older for the models and features that ask you to confirm it. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use AskBundle to break the law; to harm, harass or deceive others; to create sexual content involving minors; or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Do not attack or overload the service, get around its limits or safety filters, access it with bots or scripts, or resell access to it. The usage policies of the model providers behind AskBundle also apply to what you send them.

Your content

What you put into AskBundle stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it and send it to model providers only to run the service for you. Subject to the law and the providers’ terms, you may use the responses and images you receive; similar responses may be given to other people.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a paid subscription at the price shown before you buy, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Except where the law requires otherwise, the unused part of a paid period is not refunded. If a price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a model provider’s policy, or that puts the service or other people at risk. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Disclaimer and liability

AskBundle is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI responses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to its competent courts. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
